Hi Constables,
After some discussions with a follower of Racing Winners (thanks James), I think I need to re-iterate that the time when the selections are made can affect the selections. As I said previously, I make the selections the night before. This means that changes in ground conditions during the day cannot be factored in. This may occasionally (once so far) lead to my selection being different from that of someone who makes their selections close to race time.
However, as I made clear at the start of the trial, many people are in the same position as me and cannot access race information during the day, so I shall continue to conduct the trial in the same way as I’ve been doing so far.

Yep, although not specifically mentioned in the ebook I have always interpreted NR’s to make races qualify.
And non-runners can mean a race now has 10 runners (or less).

Your point is valid. Odds are something else that may well change between night before and, say, noon the following day. I still think it would be useful for you to put your rating in your posts though.
