Hi John, you mean GMT or GMT +1 :00 (British Summer Time) ?

    Hi Andy
The selections are generated by the software that comes with the service. I run through the racing at around 6am GMT and register the price at that time. I am looking for prices at 5.0 or below and all those that qualify I lay then. I have another look at 10am GMT if there are selections that were below the 5.0 threshold at 6am and lay them then. All others I eliminate.
I have found that the prices are generally lower at those times and always work on the understanding that most punters do not have the means to be around when the races are about to start, or have access to a bot.

Hi, how do you chose the races at what time you place the bets? Why don`t you place the bets at SP or short to the off?
