This is my final review of Lay The Ratings.
I want to start by saying that I have Passed Lay The Ratings and It becomes 1 in only 3 systems/services to make the grade at the moment. As you know we regularly update our categories so that there is never stale information on the blog.
Our trial started on the 24th January this year and has now ended on the 24th April which means out test lasted 90 whole betting days.
We received 430 selections by email and from those we had 355 winning selections. So the strike rate was 82.56% overall for the trial.
The average price that we layed at in the trial was 6.59 BFSP (Betfair SP) based on 430 selections. This in my opinion comes under the category of a safe laying formula.
The Return on Investment when calculated to your total outlay is not actually that bad, but I am not doing cartwheels at 11% . Do not let this obscure the final outcome though as this does not tell the full story. Although the ROI is 11% for total outlay this is just a figure touted in comparison to how much outlay you have had over the 3 months and I would have to say that this figure on this occasion is not that important.
The True ROI is what sort of bank size would have been needed to Truly make the decent money and I can say with a bank of £100 you would be now sitting on £143.56 this is a True Return on initial investment of 43.56%, do this 4 times a year to total 12 months and you are not doing to badly at all. The average punter that lays uses between a 500 – 1000 starting capital in my experience and the money you can make is detailed below for the various starting capitals.
£100 = £143.56
£300 = £430.68
£500 = £717.80
£1000 = £1,435.60
£2000 = £2,871.20
£5000 = £7,178
£10000 = £14,356
The author has asked if he can keep proofing his selections to me for the foreseeable future as it helps him to keep good track on his results and in doing so I will continue to keep a close eye on Lay the Ratings and further analysis will of course follow as it does with all passed systems/services.
Lay The Ratings gets the Big Thumbs up and I recommend it to blog readers

Comments on Lay The Ratings Final Review Summary
Hi Gordon,
can you confirm that Lay The Ratings made a loss of more than 23 points in one day(last bank holiday)
Pete
I did had a look on results page on the website, can anyone tell me what is the staking plan here? Thanks
I have deleted 58Tellum’s comments because he has not backed up his statement when confronted by Gordon (Lay The Ratings Owner).
Also Lay The Ratings is always under close surveillance and no other member has reported anything like this to me in the past. It is unfair for his comments to be seen by the 100 or so readers that read this section of the blog daily. As you know I do not condone false statements or second guesses on the blog. It goes without saying that the blame is not always in the corner of the vendor, customers are also very difficult sometimes too. That is testament of trading.
Hi All, Just an update on 58tellum’s comments still heard nothing (over 24 hours now)
Well responded Gordon to 58tellman. That sounded to me like a man of integrity putting his money where his mouth is. P.S. thankyou for another successful day.
Hi Tellman,
The only way your selections would of stopped coming is if you un-subscribed yourself, if as you say they stopped after 2 weeks and I guarantee if you had sent me an email I would of replied that day as many of my subscribers can verify so if you would like to forward me the emails which you sent me I would like to see them. As for refunds as everything goes through Clickbank all you have to do is ask them so to make it easier for you just send me your Clickbank receipt number and your email address you signed up with and I will be more than happy to refund your money.
My email address is support@lay-the-ratings.com
Hi 58tellum,
I joine LTR., last week, and have to say, am impressed with service an advices. I take it that the 2 weeks information you received was substantially winning info? would like to hear other comments.
Hi Tellum it is good to here other peoples experience of course but we have never had this problem with Lay The ratings they have always dealt with myself and our members as far as i know up until this point in a timely professional manner.
Just to remind we will have a 3 month update on Lay the ratings at the end of the month to justify its categorisation.
I will get the average price for the losers when i return to my office but the average price overall was 6.59 which is exactly how it reads. The avg price of losing selections is much lower i am sure Dave. If i was giving a figure for avg losing lay i would clearly state that fact. Also Lay The ratings lays higher priced selections but with the ingenious staking plan large losses on the bigger priced selections are reduced considerably.
“We received 430 selections by email and from those we had 355 winning selections. So the strike rate was 82.56% overall for the trial.
The average price that we layed at in the trial was 6.59 BFSP”
As this reads, there are 75 losing selections at an average of 6.59. My maths says that’s a loss of 419.25 points and a profit of 355 points (excluding betfair commission) for an overall loss of 64.25 points. I’m not sure how the bank has risen, given that?
hi
have joined ltr and so far so good Ive lost more than a few £k with dodgy sites and its amazing how many emails have come up for underground (thats where it should be).
im new to your site so wondered what was going on a few days back re spat with other reviewer
however all trust in your reviews
keep up the good work
regards
gordon
sorry thanks for the correction Matt, you are correct in both statements.
I’d say 43.56% is return on capital (ROC) not ROI.
Still good IMO and 11% ROI is nothing to be sniffed at either.
Thanks Commish,
it’s refreshing to be able to add one more to the ‘Passed section’ of BTS, as they are as rare as hen’s teeth. There seem to be a couple of promising ones on the go at the moment, so all going well we might be able to add to that list soon??
GR8 site!! Luv it!!
Many thanks,
Kris
