ABSX System X-IV…the product?

The ABSX System is a suite of tools and software designed to enhance your betting experience by giving you a wide range of strategies and methods for pinpointing which horses and races to target for maximum profit. The cost of the complete package is 83.75GBP (incl VAT) as a one off payment.

It includes many instructive videos and pdf files on several different topics including;

1. The Irish racing year.

2. ABSX basic method instructions

3. ABSX win methods

4. The Quad Sequencer

5.Target driven cross method staking

6. Staking and bank ratios

7. Group Betting

… and many more.

In this review I have concentrated on 2 pieces of software included in the ABSX System.

1. The Profit Monitor – This software responds to instructions based on factors such as flow of money, live betting market, value and profitability of the race. It gives indications throughout the day of which type of bet would be most suitable to apply to each race. For this trial I was limited to 2 horse ‘dutch’ bets and win only bets.

I know for a fact though that this software will soon change to include several different recommended bets from group bets to ‘place’ bets on 2nd fav, etc.

2. The ‘Machine’ This is for me the ‘heart and soul’ of the ABSX-IV package as it contains much of the vital information required when preparing your betting day. This includes the historical percentage of winning and 2nd favs and joint favs in handicaps and non handicaps and overall winning percentage for all favs in a particular race. It then breaks this information up into various colour codes representing the strength of each particular race in question. This software formed the basis of my own ‘methodology’ which I shall discuss below.

The Experimental strategy…

Hang on minute I hear you cry, you lost your initial betting bank plus the banks for 3% and 5% a day attempts, and you’re giving ABSX System a ‘passed and approved’ moniker!

Well that’s right because as you can see from the subtitle, this particular part of the review was purely experimental, and did not have any real relevance towards the use of this particular product. I only used these strategies to report all the results in some kind of tabular form as below.

So, what did we learn from this table?

Well as you can see after the ‘experimental’ 84 day period, the only positive is the figure for the ‘blue’ selections at a whopping +104.13pts, based on betting 6% of the betting bank on all selections given. Again a purely experimental staking strategy on my part. The other results were not so hot as you can see, but as I have stressed from the ‘get go’, absolutely no one in their right mind should be betting on every recommendation given by the ‘profit monitor’.

The ‘profit monitor’ is a tool to be used as part of the complete ABSX-IV package, and in conjunction with another tool, ‘the machine’, to form various betting methods and strategies along with your very own personal betting style.

Incidentally, the interesting thing about the ‘blue’ bets is that even more profit could have been had if betting only in fields of runners of 10 or more. I think we had around +128pts on that score and that is just with the ‘dutch’ bets also.

So take from these results what you will. You could well form a nice little strategy on just the ‘blue’ bets alone. I will certainly be following the progress of these particular bets over the next few weeks myself.

My own ‘Methodology’……

The results…..

Starting bank = 100pts

 

Finishing bank = +165.23pts after 84 days.

P/L =  +65.23pts

Using the ‘machine’ as my starting point every day and after analysing all results since Feb 21st, I set about a staking strategy of making just 0.30% of my betting bank per successful bet.  This involved a series of sequential bets on both ‘dutch’ and ‘place’ selections with the following criteria:

‘Place bets’

1. List all races with 9 or less runners.

2. Using the ‘machine’, select only those races with winning favs at 40% or greater.

3. These were normally only ‘blue’, ‘green’ and ‘purple’ races.

4. For ‘place’ bets I would normally need at least 4 qualifiers at 1.30 or above to place.

5. Use the ‘quad sequencer’ contained in the ABSX-IV package and stop at a win.

‘Dutch’ bets

1. Bet only in 9 runner races or less.

2. No RED races allowed.

3. Wait for a losing dutch of 9 runners or less and then begin sequential bet.

4. Stop at a win.

I added my own criteria to these basic steps such as course, distance, going, form, jockey, class and trainer form.

I found the ‘machine’ to be invaluable using this methodology as it saved so much time when analysing the races.

The other very important point for me was to be happy with picking up a small profit each day. This absolutely suited my style of betting to a tee.

My biggest bet in 84 days was 6.2% of my bank to complete a winning sequence, and my average bet was between 1% and 2% of my bank. Very safe and secure!

Everyone has their own particular style of betting, and with this product it is possible to have various styles of betting and staking plans simply because there are numerous win methods and strategies to choose from.

For example I haven’t even mentioned the fact of placing the 2nd fav when there is a recommended ‘win only’ bet. I know from the results that there have been 6,7 or  even 8 consecutive winning place bets such as these, not to mention the huge number of placed 1st and 2nd favs coming from the recommended ‘dutch’ selections.

In fact on the 25th of April we had 8 consecutively placed 1st favs in total out of 12 favs placed for the day! I have seen numerous instances where we’ve had 4 or 5 consecutive 1st or 2nd favs placing. Another possible strategy for you!

What is also very encouraging about this product is that the author is certainly not ‘resting on his laurels’. He is in the process as I mentioned before of updating the profit monitor to include many of these stategies such as group betting, (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and even 5th favs as a dutch bet), place betting on the 1st or 2nd fav, and other ‘bells and whistles’ not yet determined at this stage!

Added to all this is the personal help and support you receive from Grey and his support team, as well as a very loyal band of members who frequent the ABSX forum on a regular basis and are only too willing to help any  struggling ‘newbies’ having just purchased the product.

So to sum up, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this product to any member of the betting fraternity out there who is looking for a very steady income builder.  If you have patience and a professional attitude to the ‘Sport of Kings’, then you will have success with ABSX System-IV.  FACT!
