On Monday we were given three speedway tips to be placed as singles and a treble. Somerset, Leicester and Kings Lynn were all tipped to win with varying point advantages. It was only Leicester who didn’t win as they were beaten 56-34 by Poole and the 8 point advantage wasn’t nearly enough.
There were golf tips for the Paul Lawrie matchplay and the Wyndham Championship tipped last week. Four golfers were picked from each tournament but none of the eight made it in to the places. Ryan Moore and Camilo Villegas did relatively well, particularly as Villegas was 150/1 before the tournament but the matchplay was particularly poor with none of the selections making it out of the second round.
Those picks see the advised bank dip into the minus numbers and the level stakes bank drop to nearly 20% from its starting position. We’re on a truly terrible losing run at the moment.
