Still in the red – could we continue to recover?
E-mails were received in plenty of time, and I’m monitoring the performance of the tips in 2 ways – as a 2 point win bet (unless advised differently), and as a 1 point each way bet, starting with 150 points as the bank.
14th January – 1 selection, and another hard luck story – 2nd @ 7/2. 2 points lost on the win bet, 0.3 points each way.
15th January -2 selections today, and again we had 2 placed horses. 4 points lost on the win bets, 0.95 points lost each way.
16th January – 2 selections, and a 7/4 winner. Unfortunately the 2nd selection ended our run of 8 place finishes. 1.5 points up on the win bets, 0.1 points up each way
So further damage over the 3 days.
