Triple H Horseracing – Days 29 to 35

25th February 2012

Hi, Sgt Colin here, with the results from the fifth week’s results for Triple H Horseracing.

I  monitor two separate sets of results – referred to as Versions 1 & 2 – resulting from different classes of handicap race, and the use of both level staking and a recommended staking plan for each.

As mentioned in the introduction, this is not a service which you can bet on using Betfair or Starting Prices, so you might need to be at the computer and make the bet as soon as the selection is received, otherwise the advised odds will shorten. I highlight where we have winners where the odds I could achieve were below those advised, and keep a separate record. That isn’t to say that the advised odds were unobtainable – just that I wasn’t able to monitor the odds immediately.

The first week was spectacularly successful, the second week gave back some of those gains, and qwhilst the 3rd week was virtually wiped out by frost, the 4th week was again positive. How did we go this week?

Day 29 , 18th February

5 selections – on only 2 races, only 2 selections for Version 2.

We had our first winner for a while, but at shortish odds (7.5), just on V1, so V1 made a small gain to level stakes (0.17 points) but 22.625 points using the staking plan. We lost 4 points on V2 using both plans.

Day 30, 19th February

2 selections today, again in the same race, but on both Versions – and another winner, advised at 9.0, which I placed at 8.5. Using my odds, that gave a return of

Staking Plan +44.875 points , Level Stakes +7.375 points

Day 31 20th February

4 selections today – 3 for V2. We had a 2nd @ 9-1 (V1 only) and a 3rd @ 20-1 (both versions). So a third successive winning day for V1, gaining 5 points using the staking plan, 0.25 points to level stakes, whilst V2 broke even using the staking plan, lost 1 point on level stakes

Day 32 21st February

Just the one selection today, at high odds (40-1) – but it was pulled up. 2 points lost on all plans.

Day 33 22nd February

And another successful day. The first selection qualified for both versions at odds of 12-1 (originally advised at 14-1 but in the wrong race), and it won (having traded on Betfair in running at 200-1!!!). The next two selections were just for V1, and we had a 3rd place @ 11-1.

Staking Plan  +65 points Version 1, +60 points Version 2. Level Stakes +14.75 V2, +15 V2.

At this point we had increased our betting bank from 300 points to 486.6 points for V1 or 452.5 points for V2, whilst to level stakes we’d added 55 or 57 points to the 100 we started with.

Day 34 23rd February

No selections today. Zen advised he wouldn’t be publishing any selections over the weekend…………

Day 35 24th February

so this one was up to me, by following the approach. Just the single selection, for V1 only, which came in 3rd @ 11-1.

So we had another very strong week,
