Only 2 days to the review point – and we needed some good priced winners to continue……
E-mails were received in plenty of time, and I’m monitoring the performance of the tips in 2 ways – as a 2 point win bet (unless advised differently), and as a 1 point each way bet, starting with 150 points as the bank.
19th January – 2 selections, and as so often it was a case of so near and yet so far. A 2nd place @ 13/8 and a 4th place @ 11/2.
20th January -only the single selection today, and we had yet another 2nd place finish @ 11/4.
Bank 1: Win bets
Start Bank 150 points, 213 points staked, 30.43 points lost Closing bank 119.57. ROI -15%
Bank 2: Each way
Start Bank 150 points, 212 points staked, 16.87 points lost Closing Bank 133.13 ROI -8%
Hit rate: Wins 21% Place 54%.
So, we end the 8 weeks of the review with a loss on both staking plans (and a large one using the recommended plan from the supplier). Therefore, I think we’ll call it a day. A pity as the long term results from the service appear to have been good – but not whilst we’ve been monitoring!
