Little Acorns – Day 4

21 May 2012

Sergeant John Reviewing Little Acorns

Two selections today for the Little Acorns, both finishing second with the second selection in a race of only three runners.

The Fibonacci recovery plan is not illustrated as the stake is exactly the same for the first loss as Level Stakes. The ‘Adding Loss’ column is the result of adding the loss of the last losing bet on to the following stake.

Today’s results and the overall Daily Profit/Loss and Running total have now taken into consideration a 5% Betfair reduction on winning lays, something I omitted in previous results.

@mike, is turf (jumps and flat) not suitable for fib? I do all 3 on fib, combined, longest losing has been 7 then a win (ie lost). that is over a 9 month period, have you had longer than a 7 losing run?

  • si says:

@mike, the selection was NOT a bet if placing bets on the live shows / a few seconds before the off, like I do, but was a bet for John who is looking for bets at 10a.m.

I am following this with interest as currently John is getting a lot of different selections to me (all possibles for me, but ‘no bets’ 30 seconds before the start of races)

The first selection on 21st may was a Little acorns bet. I have been following this system for 19 months and have made some nice dough out of it, although i use level stakes with it on turf racing and the fib staking sequence on the all weather and it works a treat. I only play with small stakes though but a profit is profit! Mike 🙂

Hi John, come here yew was maybe a selection early, but if you are placing 10 minutes before if was not a selection due the other odds in the market

  • Sgt John Sgt John says:

Which selection are you referring to and why was it not a qualifying bet?

  • si says:

Hi, the first selections was not a little acorns qualifying bet
