Triple H Horseracing – Days 78 to 84

21st April

Hi, Sgt Colin here, with the results from the twelfth & final week’s results for Triple H Horseracing.

I  monitor two separate sets of results – referred to as Versions 1 & 2 – resulting from different classes of handicap race, and the use of both level staking and a recommended staking plan for each.

As mentioned in the introduction, this is not a service which you can bet on using Betfair or Starting Prices, so you might need to be at the computer and make the bet as soon as the selection is received, otherwise the advised odds will probably shorten. I highlight where we have winners where the odds I could achieve were below those advised, and keep a separate record. That isn’t to say that the advised odds were unobtainable – just that I wasn’t able to monitor the odds immediately.

We were sitting pretty after 11 weeks, with large gains and high ROIs, although the results had deteriorated over the last few weeks along with the number of qualifying bets

Day 78 , 9th April

3 bets, at odds of 8-1, 18-1 and 28-1. 4th place was the best – all losing bets therefore.

Version 1 – 6 points lost level stakes, 18 points using recommended stakes. V2 – 2 points lost level stakes, 10 points recommended.

Day 79, 10th April

3 selections again, at long odds, 25-1,25-1 & 28-1. None troubled the places, so another losing day.

Version 1 – 6 points lost level stakes and using recommended stakes. V2 – 4 points lost level & recommended stakes.

Day 80, 11th April

5 selections, for both versions. The final selection came 3rd at 8-1 – but the remainder were losers. 7 points lost on level stakes, 15 points using recommended stakes.

Days 81 & 82 – 12th /13th April – No selections

Day 83 14th April

6 selections today for both versions, the most for a long while. Unfortunately, there was only a single placed horse, again at 8-1. 9 points lost to level stakes, 35 points lost to recommended stakes.

Day 84 15th April

No selections

Version 1              Version 2

Staking Plan (Original Bank 300 points)

Opening Balance                                             523.2                      463.2

Loss @ recommended odds                              (74.0)                     (64.0)

Closing Balance                                               449.2                      399.2

ROI%                                                                  20 %                         21%

Level Stakes (Original Bank 100 points)

Opening Balance                                            142.5                           144.2

Loss  @ recommended odds                            (28.0)                           (22.0)

Closing Balance                                               114.5                          122.2

ROI%                                                                   6%                             13%

So we finish the trial on a downbeat note, with a significant amount of the early gains given back – although the trial remains very profitable. I will be completing a final review shortly.
