I had a question put to me today with regards to when one can place their bet. The manual states that Betfairs’ starting price be used for simplicity, but there is no reason why you cannot place your bet at anytime if you have access to a pc.
With regards to increasing the stakes by 4% when the bank is in profit, I will look at this when the time comes.
