Not often I tip at Southwell but one does appeal tomorrow at an each way price.

Classic Pursuit has run well here on both starts this season. He progressed last year and seems to be holding his form well this year. A 1lb drop by the handicapper is helpful and I just get the impression this race will be run to suit his strong finishing style. Watching back his last two runs over this C and D it is clear he will be seen to best effect with a strong pace to track. With 4 front runners in here (Pearl Acclaim, Razin Hell, Bogart and Oriental Relation) that looks assured and should mean we see Classic Pursuit to best effect tomorrow. Stall 5 places him right next to pace setters Razin Hell and Oriental Relation who should give him a good tow into the race.
