Match Day Profits – Days 37 to 42

Sgt Colin reviews Match Day Profits

Hi, Sgt Colin here, with my latest review for BettingSystemtruths.com.  I am reviewing Match Day Profits, a football tipping service from Phil Brown, one of the Betfan distributed services.

So far, results have been disappointing with a hit rate below 40%. Could they improve this week?

Day 37 – 22nd April

Hibs v Aberdeen. H2 to have most goals, 11 points @ 2.2. No goals in first half – but none in 2nd either! Lost

Celta Vigo v Zaragosa. Away team to score first, 9 points @ 2.6. Zaragosa scored in the 26th minute – a good win.

Day 38 – 23rd April.

Millwall to score first v Blackburn. 10 points @ 1.85. They did – after 14 minutes, so another winner.

Days 39, 40 – 24th / 25th April – No bets

Montpellier v Lyon – 10 points on Montpellier to have most corners. Ended 5 – 4 to Lyon, so a loss.

Day 41 – 26th April

A 9 point double on both teams to score: Heerenveen v Alkmaar, Ross v Dundee United @ 2.3. Neither match obliged – so a loser.

Rayo Vallecano v Osasuna. 11 points on both to score @ 2.05. A 2-2 draw, so a profit on the day.

Day 42 – 27th April

Barnsley v Hull. Both teams to score @ 1.95, 10 points. Hull froze with promotion in sight, losing 2 – 0, and losing this bet.

Newcastle v Liverpool, 10 points on Over 2.5 goals @ 1.91. Last season’s top 6 spot looks a million miles away for the Geordies as they went down 6 – 0 at home to a Liverpool shorn of their top striker! A winner for us though.

Athletico v Real in the Madrid derby. Athletico – Draw no bet, 10 points @ 1.81. Unfortunately Real won 2 – 1.

So a small profit on the week, albeit not enough to recover lost ground.
