Sgt Eddie – Reviews Elite Betting Syndicate

So we have reached the end of our 100 day review of Elite Betting Syndicate, was it a success and were there any issues with the service.

Impressions

This is pretty straightforward as all of the bets are always sent the night before with the meeting, time of race, horses name, stake and price. There was only one occasion that the email didn’t arrive, and that was because of a computer problem with Elites servers, apart from that there were no issues.

Profitability

So lets get to the number of bets and how they performed over the review period.

We had

265 bets

77 winners (1st past the post) 29% strike rate

Our initial 100pt bank grew to 180.8pts so a very nice profit of 80.8pts and the 100pt bank was never put in any danger as this was a pretty steady increase in the bank.

I think we did have a losing run of 11, but that was the longest we had.

Ease Of Use

Simple get the email the night before put the bets on and wait for the results.

Risk

This is gambling there is always a risk it can go wrong, but the 100pt bank was never in danger

Return On Investment

Your 100pt bank increased to 180pts so an 80% increase in the original bank.

Cost Of Service

The cost of the initial 10-day trial is £1. You will then be charged £39 plus VAT each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time.

Support

I only had the one problem that I needed to contact them with and they answered pretty quickly, so support would appear to be fine.

Time Needed To Follow The Service

Very little 5mins each night.

Conclusion

All positive so far but are there any negatives? yes there are, but not too many.

The main problem that punters have with tipping services is getting the prices quoted in the email, and unfortunately this service is no different as the prices quoted are not always available.

I would have to say that the majority of the time they are there (80% to 90%), but what really annoys me is that they will take the price even if its only available with one of the many bookmakers.

This price will of course go very quickly, and in my opinion they should be quoting prices that are available across 3 or 4 bookmakers, therefore giving people the chance to get on at the advised price.

This situation were people cant get the prices will of course impact on the profit-line and the 80.8pts profit could be cut by something like 10%, still a very healthy total.

The only other issue I have with this service is that its reliant on getting the odds quoted, or very close to them to make a profit as its not profitable to SP, so if you haven’t got the accounts to be betting the night before with BOG then your profit over the review was only 3 or 4pts, so a huge drop.

This is a common theme these days with tipping services, the fact that most rely on the bookies for placing bets at early odds.

I would much prefer people to be profitable to SP, and then if you can get early odds with BOG then that’s a big bonus.

Finally to close the service performed well, and made a very healthy profit to advised odds without any real dramas.

I would like to think that they would continue to be profitable.
