9 Minute System – Day 13

27th November Day 13

Six qualifying races today, so it was a relatively busy day. Started off awkwardly, as in both the first two races, immediately after backing with the Bookies, the Betfair price drifted and never came back in. So in both cases I had to take a non-ideal higher lay price. It lowered the profit a little, but the profit still trended upwards. The third race was impossible to find a back/lay combination within the required odds. Luckily it wasn’t a race we needed to bet on so I left it alone without a bet. The last three races, I got arb or break even prices quite easily. If only Denman had won, we would have had a better day!

For a few days, I’m going to try experimenting with backing on the races early and laying just before the off. Generally, I’d say the system is performing well so far, with a steadily uptrending profit on all three variants.
