Dark Alliance really caught my eye last time out over this C and D. He was drawn wide enough that day and was caught a little further back than ideal. He ran on nicely down the straight to finish 5th and has been dropped a very lenient 3lb by the handicapper. He has stall 3 tomorrow which is an obvious bonus and he also drops in grade. Edward Greatrex has been booked which is a big bonus given his current form and the fact this is an apprentice only race. His last win came in a Dundalk Handicap of 77 so tomorrow of 67 he has major claims.
