Well, the first day of the trial started with 4 selections for the day and we ended up with 1 winner and 3 losers. As I said in the introduction, this is a progressive staking system which uses their software to calculate the stakes. For those of you who are interested, I will also keep a record on a level points basis, as I know that some of you prefer to bet that way.
From what I can see of their results summary, the odds they used for their winner were not the official SP or the Betfair SP, so I can only assume that they were the odds they found at the time of placing the bet. I will use the same basis, but will have to revert to the SP if I have any problems getting the bets on (such as Betfair falling over yet again!)
I have started with a bank of £1,000 and will update the blog on a daily basis with the status of the bank.
Total profit/loss for the day was -£3.76 so our cumulative bank stands at £996.24
Total profit/loss for the day on a level stakes basis was -1.90 points
