Three selections for our alternative method today. Once again it was not always easy to see who was who, but in the 3.00 and 4.00 at Ludlow it did not matter because the races were both won by outsiders, costing us £15 each. In the 5.00 at Ludlow we did have a winner, the 1st favourite won at 3.21, so our £5 made a profit of £11.05, but we must deduct our £10 bet on the 2nd favourite and Betfair commission to leave us with £1 profit. So overall £29 lost today.
It also takes some dedication to follow our original system properly. There were 23 races selected yesterday from the 2.20 at Taunton to the 8.40 at Kempton, each of which needed to be watched in the minutes before the start. In the end only 4 races met the odds criteria and became bets, and 3 of them lost.
