Three bets today – thee winers! That’s 6 winners out of 7 bets so far!
The Soccer Overs e-mails include plenty of info about scoring history to give confidence in the tips. I have to say, I’m impressed so far. I’ve looked in the past, myself, into finding matches that are likely high scorers, and I know from experience it is not easy. So whatever criteria Dave is using to make his selections seems to be working. Todays matches totalled 6, 4 and 5 goals, so were well within the required 3 goals for winning bets. Two matches got to 3 goals before half time and the other by the 78th minute.
The matches often seem to be obscure and today’s three matches were no exception. As regards betting on Betfair, this has two implications. One is that they often don’t go In-Play so there is often no trading possibility, but with this sort of success rate one wouldn’t want to trade out the bets and reduce the profit. The second implication is that there is low liquidity in the market before kick off and it was a little difficult to get a decent Betfair price on one of todays matches in particular.
The Bookie prices quoted in the emails were 1.67, 1.70 & 1.55. I could get Betfair prices of 1.64, 1.72 & 1.50
For the next bets, I’ll research how easy it is to get the quoted Bookie prices.
