The Low Lay – Day 56

11th August 2011

Sergeant Rich – Reviews The Low Lay

Today’s selection lost the race, so we made a profit. When I monitored the horse, the price was above 3.0. I stopped monitoring before the off time, but the Betfair SP was 2.02 so our lay at 3.0 would have been matched.

That completes our 56-day review and the balance is below the start of 20 points or £1,000. So in theory this is a failed review. Here’s the graph.

The Low Lay

As you can see it has trended downwards after an initial good period where the bank went up.To be fair, most of the money lost has been previous winnings and we are only £62 down on the starting level. BUT if you had started your subscription at the peak of our review, you would have lost a total of almost £500.

The sales page and my intro does say that this is a long-term strategy and despite the good past results my intro did say that there was a period where the tips would have made a loss if a review had been done at that time.

For this reason we will extend this review up to 84 days to see if this is one of those tipping services that goes through good and bad phases for a profit overall.

For the remaining 4 weeks I’ll report the results every week rather than every day.

The “Actual Price” is the betfair price available for the Low Lay tip at the time I checked betfair prices. If this is above the Max price I will try to monitor the price available in-play whenever posssible. These results are to a 1 point or £50 Lay.

Thirty-three winning Lay bets, twenty losing Lay bets = 62% Strike Rate.

If you want to compare my results with the Low Lay website results, bear in mind my review started on the 2nd June and I’ve had a few no-bet days and missed days. The last column in my results is to £50 stakes the next to last column is to 1 point stakes. The website reports to £100 stakes (which would need a £2,000 pot). See my Intro for full details of this. Cheers,
