Tipster’s Empire Email
This is an email I didn’t wanted to send but unfortunately The Snout handed his notice in this evening. 
He was willing to work until whenever was needed but we felt it was better to leave immediately as it wasn’t fair on the paying customers.
I know some of his long term members will be gutted by his departure but he wasn’t enjoying it and getting even more frustrated. We have always been a great believer that you need to enjoy the job first and foremost.
The Snout has been part of Tipster’s Empire from the very first day and has played a massive part in pushing this company into the leading platform for tips that it is today.
I would like to thank him for all his hard-work during his time with us and wish him all the best for the future. Who knows he may be back with us in the future if he can find that love for the tipping game again.
About your full time subscriptions:
We have 2 options:
1. We can refund your subscription on a pro rata basis.
2. You can switch your remaining days/months to another tipster.
If you are a £1 28 Day Trial Member you can only get a refund on pro rata so please state that you are a £1 paying member in the reply.
Please can you email us which one you choose? 
Once we have had all replies we will then get everything switched over or refunded.
Please give us a few days because as you can imagine the admin work will be pretty manic.

 Dear Member,
An important notice so please read ahead.
After 3 and a half years of full-time tipping, I have decided to take an extended break from it. 
I have been very open over the past 6-9 months as my results, although profitable, have not been up to my standards I have set over the years preceding. 
Although finding value has never been an issue, they just haven’t been turning into winners enough for me to be satisfied. I have become frustrated with not being able to deliver better results for paying members and I always said when that day came I would need to take some time away from it. 
I wanted to say thanks to all those long term members who have stuck by me through the tough periods and thus reaped the rewards.
A few highlights include the 5000/1 fourfold landed last August, 80 points profit in a month record and the 40 points profit delivered at Cheltenham Festival 2016. I wish you all the best.
I would also take this opportunity to say that James and the team at Tipsters Empire are as professional as they come, and genuinely are top of the tipping game. 
They are truly a customer-first business and that is extremely rare in our industry. Stick with these guys and you’ll be betting profitably, that’s for sure. 
The team will be in touch regarding refunding outstanding subscriptions so please don’t be alarmed; give the guys time to sort through it and everything will be with you in due course.
