I sent Colin an email starting below, I received very prompt replies.
Hi Colin what is your association with Jamie Kelly?
Feel obliged to elaborate if you need to, there a lot of being
stirred up on my blog and I wasn’t prepared for it.
I need to know the full details.

Dear James,
Thanks for email.
Jamie Kelly was a part of JCA Racing when we first launched but we
parted company with him 3 months ago. He is no longer involved in JCA
Racing and we too had a bad experience with him too.
I hope you will judge the system based on the results throughout the
trial rather than hearsay evidence which is really not true.

I must admit i expected Colin to elaborate a lot more about this “Jamie Kelly” and I
did sense an air of defensiveness in his post so I let Colin know this in my reply below…
Hi Colin numerous people are posting the same things I have had to
withhold around 11 posts because they simply cannot be shown due to my
legal disclaimers.
When a new system or service comes out onto the market any bad press
like this and it gets canned. I have to seriously take these allegations
into consideration when weighing up your service, this is part of my due
diligence. I hope you understand that, I will of course do my own
research into the whole of this. This is essentially what my site is
about and why I get so many visitors daily!
I did ask for you to elaborate as much as possible and instead you got
rather defensive. I will perform a detailed 100% true review of the 3
months we are reviewing for but also my due diligence will be part of
that review and if I find this to be rotten through to the core neutral
is the very best I will award. Unless of course you can elaborate.

This was the stick or bust email that I sent to Colin and his reply below
In my opinion cannot be proven either way so innocent until proven guilty
is the order of the day.
Dear James,
I do appreciate your concerns and they are warranted.
JCA Racing was set up by myself, and Jamie Kelly was approached because
of his membership size, and we employeed him solely as a tipster for JCA
Racing. He has no partnership fee and no active management role. We
tested him out over 6 months and his selections started well, but got
worse as time went on. We saw various posts slating him and JCA Racing
and we mutually decided to part company with Jamie Kelly.
I do appreciate that Jamie Kelly’s systems generally seem to be a con,
but we employeed Jamie on a tipster basis on a nominal wage as we wanted
to give our members the best possible tips. Jamie has caused us a lot of
grievance throughout the internet and he has been a lot of trouble.
The irony is, the JCA Racing system is a long term system that always
makes money, and I dont mind you testing it out for 3 months, 6 month, 9
months or even longer – because I know the system works. We provide an
honest and legitimate service and we try to offer the best service to our
members.
I did not mean to come across as defensive, but I just wanted someone to
rate our service purely on the results and not the untrue speculation
that is around the internet. If you find that our system does not work,
then I will be the first one to encourage you to label us as a con
service, but I am 100% confident this will not be the case. Otherwise I
would not be asking you to review the system for me. I am asking you to
review it, and track its progress because I know it works, and I want to
work together with you to promote it to your subscribers.

I will now let Tony Carry on with his review of JCA Racing for the next 3 months. I
will be conducting my own research still and keeping an eye on the progress and facts
for JCA racing that you can be sure of.
