Weekly Review for LTB from January 3rd to January 9th 2010 Inclusive
Its that time of the week again for your weekly review of LTB.
What happened this week?
Well results wise it has been a roller coaster but still ended in a loss.
Now it must be stated that I have checked out some of the results on the LTB website and there is a difference in some of the losing odds. The prices I obtained were slightly higher in a few cases. This does not deflect from the poor performance recently, since our review started unfortunately. Had the strike rate been better n the past 2 months I’m sure any price ambiguity would be erased.
As a subscriber you are receiving selections from 12 noon and there is evening events taking place at 1:30am or later in the morning. As a customer of LTB I cannot see unless you stayed near your computer for many hours waiting till just before an event, how you could obtain the advertised prices. For ordinary folk who have other things to do in there life this would be nigh impossible.
As we can see in the comments and blogs there has been an uproar at LTB changing the one losing month, get the next month free guarantee.
James advised me that Paul emailed saying that the legal documents on his desk state that a free month would be guaranteed if the losing month exceeded 5 points. This is bound to cause even more uproar as it is not shown anywhere on the site or before payment is made.
This all happened after their first losing month in December 2009. So what is happening with December? Are the clients getting a free month or not? James will be trying to communicate with Paul about this but has had no response from the last email asking Mr Simmons to answer some member queries on the blog, to keep things balanced somewhat.
I really hope LTB honour there members because for a service that has been around for 4 years taking subscriptions surely can afford to payout on there refund policy. It would be ruining the fantastic reputation they have built for themselves by not honouring it.
Now onto the results – Once again an abundance of Double Unit Plays
The weeks selections read like this;
9 Single unit Plays of which 5 lost and 4 won,
19 Double Unit Plays of which 10 lost and 9 won
and finally,
4 triple Unit Plays which resulted in 3 wins and 1 loss.
So the Strike rate for the week is 50%, still far short of the 75/85% published as an average on the website. Anyway the totals are listed below, so lets see what events occur in the next week.

Profit and Loss for January: minus 7.49 points
Running Bank For The Trial
(November 13th to January 9th inclusive)
(minus) -23.55 points
IF we were using a £100 stakes on every selection with a bank of £5000 our bank would now be at £2645.00 (-£2355)
